Who am I being that my team's eyes are not shining?

One of my leadership maxims is "Who am I being that my team / wife / child / friends eyes are not shining?"

It's a totally different perspective for taking responsibility for the part you play in any situation.

Benjamin Zander is an inspirational speaker. His ability to change the emotional state of the audience and be largely universal in what he says is a fantasic example a powerful and engaging presentation. I'd highly recommend watching this video when you know you have 20 minutes where you won't be interupted.
